Position: Marketing and Communications Specialist
Makati City, Philippines | Salary: ₱30,000 - ₱50,000/month
Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet client objectives such as building a new brand, website, email marketing and events
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and social media
- Coordinate with Australian clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Oversee project management from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Manage marketing resources effectively to maximise efficiency and impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and marketing materials
- Write blogs, social media content, and website content by leveraging AI platforms
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
- Perform administrative tasks to help operate the business and learn the business side of the marketing agency
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and project management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with outstanding verbal and written abilities.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with tech clients is a plus.
- Awards in school are a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., website builder, email marketing, CRM systems, social media platforms).
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work during Australian business hours.
- Working from home with the opportunity to meet the broader team as needed.

- Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in using AI platforms for content creation and productivity.
