Position: Senior Design Associate
Job Description
The Senior Design Associate develops creative ideas/concepts and designs a variety of products such as conceptual PowerPoint. He / She generates ideas and sells them to clients and other members of the team and is the creative driving force behind the conceptualization of a project. He/She works independently and ensures quality standards and deadlines are met and a high level of customer service is provided. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fully understand the ins and outs of the client brand
- Actively respond to client queries via call, chat, or email to understand the need of their requests.
- Conduct research based on client brief and present new ideas; and provide the best timeline/estimate to the customer
- Work, brainstorm and execute live projects with the rest of the designers/operators by setting the approach and the direction of the design, on a minimal turnaround time
- May act as a quality checker on the designs made by other designers in the team; and provide feedback to the concerned associate
- Consistently track the progress of designers/operators in terms of design and creative capabilities and recommend action plans
- Execute development skills training of designers/operators in terms of uplifting the design capabilities and other technical skills needed to perform daily tasks
- Actively attend regular calibration calls pertaining to creative enhancement with the global team and effectively cascade the information to the rest of the team
- Consistently monitor the design trends and job types, and recommend and implement appropriate initiatives to support the client needs
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in IT, Multimedia, Fine Arts or any related course
- Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator– with focus on Indesign and other layout tools)
- With 5 or more years of layout and graphic design experience
- MS PowerPoint, Word, Blender and other Motion Design tool is an advantage
- Communication skills
- Ability to understand brief and respond with ideas
- Knowledge of Web/HTML/Motion Graphics and Web design tools is a plus
- Must be amenable to work in a shifting schedule
