We’re currently supporting a fast-growing property management client in the U.S. who is migrating all their operations — from CRM, sales & marketing to analytics and internal workflows — into the Zoho ecosystem.
To enable this transformation, we're looking for an experienced Zoho Developer who is versatile across Zoho Creator, CRM, and custom module development. Full stack experience with MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) is a big plus and will be given preference.
What You'll Build:
You will be the go-to expert for setting up, customizing, and integrating Zoho products to support mission-critical business operations. This role demands high adaptability, solid understanding of business process automation, and the ability to extend Zoho's capabilities through custom apps and external integrations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Zoho Creator apps and CRM modules
- Migrate business processes from legacy systems into Zoho workflows
- Build custom dashboards, workflows, and reports
- Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., Twilio, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Collaborate with U.S. client stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable solutions
- Optimize performance and maintain data integrity across modules
- Coordinate with internal full-stack team for hybrid features (Zoho + MERN integration)
Tech Skills We’re Looking For:
- Zoho Creator: App building, Deluge scripting, complex workflows
- Zoho CRM: Custom modules, automation rules, blueprints
- Zoho One Ecosystem: Books, Campaigns, Analytics, and more
- APIs: REST API integration, OAuth setup, data sync jobs
- Database: solid database fundamentals(SQL and NoSQL)
- MERN Stack (Preferred):
- React.js (frontend components or portals)
- Node.js/Express.js (APIs)
- MongoDB (data storage/integration)
