Position: Logistics Customer Service Representative


Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? RemoteVA PH is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative to be the vital link between our clients and warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate order processing, routing, and shipping — especially to wholesalers and retailers. You will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every order is delivered seamlessly.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients: handle inquiries and provide real-time updates on orders, inventory, and shipping.
  • Coordinate routing of orders to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners — ensuring all compliance and routing guides are followed.
  • Monitor and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and communicate proactively about delays or issues.
  • Submit routing requests, schedule carrier pickups, and follow up on shipment status to guarantee on-time deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage order exceptions such as cancellations, returns, and changes — while keeping clients informed.
  • Keep thorough documentation of all client communications, updates, and resolutions.
  • Work with the WMS Manager to improve operational processes and service levels.

Requirements:

Experience: 

  • Routing experience with wholesalers (this is a strict requirement).
  • Previous experience in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with retailer compliance standards, routing guides, and shipping procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Extensiv or similar platforms).

Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other communication tools.
  • Typing Speed: At least 40 WPM (a typing test is required)
