Position: Virtual Assistant - Data Entry

About Us:
We are a growing children’s clothing brand, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on data entry tasks related to our website’s order confirmations and Excel data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and organizing order confirmations into Excel spreadsheets.
- Reviewing and managing data in Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Using Excel to track and update orders and inventory.
- Managing and updating other computer systems as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (experience with formulas, data entry, and organization).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent typing skills and speed.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with various online tools.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote work environment.
- Must be available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
