Position: Sales Executive

Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our team at Boon. As a Salesperson, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Boon’s innovative referral hiring solutions. You will be at the forefront of transforming the recruitment industry by introducing Boon’s unique double-sided marketplace to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect New Clients: Develop and execute strategies to identify new business opportunities, expanding Boon’s client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Boon’s value proposition.
- Lead Negotiations: Drive contract negotiations to close deals and achieve revenue growth.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to enhance positioning.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing success.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and other performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS environments.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Relationship Management: Proven success in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
