As an Account Relationship Lead, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing virtual assistance services. This role puts you in the driver's seat of both client success and team leadership, where you'll:
  • Lead direct video interactions with international clients
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team of virtual assistants
  • Bridge the gap between clients and VAs to ensure seamless partnerships
  • Build lasting relationships with clients while preventing churn
  • Create pathways for assistant growth and development

Your Day-to-Day Impact:

Client Partnership Excellence

  • Lead engaging video calls with international clients
  • Build deep client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Handle client feedback and translate it effectively to the VA team
  • Prevent client churn - be the first line of defense when clients consider leaving
  • Identify expansion opportunities when clients need additional VAs or services
  • Onboard new clients and set expectations for successful VA partnerships

Virtual Assistant Team Leadership

  • Coach and develop a team of 5-8 virtual assistants working for your client accounts
  • Bridge communication gaps between clients and VAs when misunderstandings occur
  • Handle VA performance issues through coaching, training, or recommending replacements
  • Coordinate task assignments and ensure VAs are meeting client expectations
  • Provide professional development to help VAs grow and better serve clients
  • Manage VA scheduling, performance tracking, and career development

Bridge & Problem-Solving Excellence

  • Resolve conflicts when clients and VAs have communication breakdowns
  • Facilitate replacements when client-VA matches aren't working out
  • Course-correct relationships when VAs feel micromanaged or clients feel underserved
  • Translate business needs from clients into actionable guidance for VAs
  • Present solutions that benefit both clients and virtual assistants

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

We're on the lookout for someone who has:
  • Proven EA/VA Experience - Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
  • Client Management Experience - Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business owners or executives
  • Leadership/Supervisory Experience - Any experience managing, training, or coordinating with other people (including BPO team lead roles)
  • Excellent English Communication - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions
  • Business Acumen - Understanding of how businesses work and what drives client satisfaction
